What to expect for a part time live in nanny?

I will be working 10 to 12 hours a week in exchange for my own room and full bathroom not attached to the house. My own parking spot and full use if their kitchen, washer and dryer. Any extra hours I work I get paid for and I am allowed to work my other jobs. It's a really great deal and I was wondering if any one has done this before? What should I expect? And what should I think about bringing up when we meet to discuss the details?
