How do conservatives feel about the fact that the manufacturing sector has shown significant gains in the past?

year, and much of that has been as a result of a massive consumer backlash against multi-national corporations that have out-sourced jobs. Those American manufacturing companies that remain (and many of them are still Union) are the best of the best, and companies like Target and Wal-Mart that destroy US jobs by importing everything from China are struggling to achieve sales growth that keeps pace with the rate of inflation.
