Why are union gangstas now sending threats to WI businesses who support Governor Walker? Freedom?
Why don't liberal c****e union thugs like FREEDOM? (Story Updated: Mar 10, 2011 ) That's a nice business you got there. Pity if anything were to happen to it if, say, you didn't toe the line and denounce Governor Walker like we're asking nice-like. March 10, 2011 Mr. Tom Ellis, President Marshall & Ilsley Corporation 770 N. Water Street Milwaukee, WI 53202 SENT VIA FASCIMILE AND REGULAR MAIL Dear Mr. Ellis: As you undoubtedly know, Governor Walker recently proposed a “budget adjustment bill” to eviscerate public employees’ right to collectively bargain in Wisconsin. .. As you also know, Scott Walker did not campaign on this issue when he ran for office. If he had, we are confident that you would not be listed among his largest contributors. As such, we are contacting you now to request your support. The undersigned groups would like your company to publicly oppose Governor Walker’s efforts to virtually eliminate collective bargaining for public employees in Wisconsin. While we appreciate that you may need some time to consider this request, we ask for your response by March 17. In the event that you do not respond to this request by that date, we will assume that you stand with Governor Walker and against the teachers, nurses, police officers, fire fighters, and other dedicated public employees who serve our communities. In the event that you cannot support this effort to save collective bargaining, please be advised that the undersigned will publicly and formally boycott the goods and services provided by your company. However, if you join us, we will do everything in our power to publicly celebrate your partnership in the fight to preserve the right of public employees to be heard at the bargaining table. Wisconsin’s public employee unions serve to protect and promote equality and fairness in the workplace. We hope you will stand with us and publicly share that ideal. In the event you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact the executive Director of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association, Jim Palmer, at 608.273.3840. Thank you in advance for your consideration. We look forward to hearing from you soon. James L. Palmer, Executive Director Wisconsin Professional Police Association Mahlon Mitchell,President Professional Professional Fire Fighters Jim Conway, President International Association of Fire Fighters Local 311 John Matthews, Execuctive Director Madison Teachers, Inc. They are thugs, what else is new? I bet if a union member shops in those places they will get beat up too like people who work during a strike. They have no class.

THAT IS A TYPICAL UNION METHOD WHEN THEY DON'T GET THEIR WAY WHICH PROVES THAT EVERY STATE NEEDS RIGHT TO WORK LAWS

Yeah - threatening his supporters with a boycott is just violating their right to free speech. On another note, we need to elect politicians that understand the constitution.

possibly the most polite blackmail threat i've ever read... edit: if this is indeed propaganda, why don't we just ask all of the folks who signed off on it? either they back it, or they are being libeled.

I noticed that this type of propaganda is appearing on all of the Republican pro big business sites. Unless things have drastically changed in this country we can chose to join a union if we want to. Unions mean solidarity and there are power in numbers. People who are anti-union should work for Wal Mart or Burger King... More

Because in America (but apparently not Walker's WI) folks have rights. Thanks for the question. I fully support the unions and if M&I chooses, of their own will, to support Walker, I'll move my CD. Their choice - my choice.

But I'm sure you wouldn't consider it thuggery if it was a Christian fundamentalist group asking that same business to side with them on the "Pro-life" issue. The "moral" Jerry Falwell used that tactic all the time... More

The letter is a FRAUD. Although the bank did get the letter, M&I Bank did not and does not donate to any political party. The people reported to have sent it would have known this and would not have said that M&I Bank was listed as a major contributor. It would, therefore, not sent it to a company that is not... More

What does freedom mean to you?
Answered By: Mysterio - 3/11/2011
Because intimidation, violence and threats of violence has been a Union tradition since their inception
Answered By: Paul Grass™℠ - 3/12/2011
There is no evidence that the letter is a "fraud". That the corporation issued a response to it speaks volumes for it actually existing. Since the letter makes no specific references to the corporation it is far more likely that those who wrote it are releasing this general letter to multiple businesses, going... More
