Follow orders and don't get arrested while in there. This is not hard to do. You work with the Marines and they will work with you. They will test you to see where you fit best. And when you get out you will find you are a Marine for life. D

Make sure that you have a job that has marketable job skills you can use when you get out. Stay out of infantry. Try logistics, computers, being an officer, mechanic. Anything that you can do out of the military.

There are no guarantees about anything is life , except taxes and death . However , just do your assigned tasks and stay out of trouble which will provide you with an honorable discharge which will show employers a desire to succeed.
