How to gender roles in workplace changes over the last 100 years?

Can anyone give specific references about the gender roles changes in workplace since the early 20th century? How do gender roles changes influences current workplace? How do discrimination or gender bias exist? Thanks.

100 years ago, women did not work outside of the home. It is still a man's world. Many women have a lesser income.... even when doing the same job with the same title.
