How would capitalism keep jobs in America?

If I'm correct, Capitalism is where the Businesses can control themselves and prosper with no interference, so if there was Capitalism in America, how would that keep jobs here. Wouldn't the owner of a business looking to prosper and get rich move over sea's because of the cheaper labor? So how would capitalism keep jobs here if theres nothing holding back businesses from going to cheaper labor? And why do democrats get blamed for jobs moving over seas when democrats want more restrictions on businesses which could keep the jobs here? And how does that make Democrats "hate" America? Can someone help me out here in explaining how Capitalism would keep jobs in America? @mike g, what you said is true, but those true to america jobs and occupations need government regulation, just for health and sanitary purposes. But that would be government interference so therefor not capitalism, but close.
