Should teachers just be happy they have a job right now and shut up?

Second question.... Where else in the job market can a guy with a bachelor's degree get a job that pays what teachers make, to work a great schedule (no summers or holidays`) with similar benefits and perks and near iron clad job security? No really, send me a link where I can apply!

Most teaching positions require a masters degree. Im guessing you haven't been in a classroom for awhile. Why don't you teach 8th grade for a week and then tell me how easy it is?

Most of the higher level ones require at least a master's degree, and for a professorship, a PhD. As for the earnings you're talking about, most of those only come... More

You seem to be of the opinion that any American with a job is over paid and anyone with out one is a Socialist. I wonder where you get that, or was it written on the blackboard.

You should be grateful that anyone would be willing to go through school to work at a job where their employment and pay is constantly subject to the whims of a bunch of idiots.
