How much should a 16 year old nanny be getting an hour?
How much should a CPR and first aid certified, 16 year old mature nanny be getting an hour? I am going to start applying for nanny jobs soon what do you think I should be getting?

I'd go with $10 an hour or possibly $15 if they seem to have a lot of money. On the other hand if they are more poor I'd try $5 an hour. Just try and keep prices low, if you go to high they will replace you with someone cheaper named Lupe.

Minimum wage depending on where you live. Most states have a minimum wage of 7.25 so charge 7 bucks a hour for 2 kids 5 bucks an hour for 1.
