My boss always gives a certain group of ladies overtime, isn't there a law against that?

I work in a busy, busy office where overtime hours are available BUT my boss always gives it to a select group of 5, shouldn't it be divided equally amongst all who want it? Who should I contact to audit the time sheets? Not fair "that" group gets to make all the extra cash so what can I do? Also, I am new on the job, and when I overhear it being offered I always jump in and say "hey! what about me", but I get the brush off.

Not illegal unless you are in a union and your union contract specifies equitable sharing of OT.

No, there is no law against it. "Not fair" and "illegal" do not mean the same thing.
