If you're talking about current production models (as opposed to custom jobs and experiments), I don't think there are any. The 50.AE round fired from the desert eagel is a pistol round more powerful than the 45.acp. The only system that could handle that kind of round is the recoil system of the kriss just upsize the kriss to acomidate the 50.AE and it might just work

To go to a full auto of a higher caliber you would be shooting rifle caliber rounds That would make it a machine gun. A submachine gun fires handgun caliber rounds.
