Which is the best career for Hospitality career Hotel Manager or Chef/Pastry Chef because I am very curious?I?

I don't know if i want to study again because I want to change my career from nursing to hospitality. Which is the best course for me to take International Hospitality Management and Tourism or Culinary Arts/Baking and Pastry? Help me to decide and explain of each the career prospects of this courses that I want to take.
