Think I've got a bit of a thing for the executive director in my company, what should I do?
I know this is not right but I have been in this assistant job for about 1 year and he is this new executive director for 3 months. He is 11 years older than I am, besides, he has a gf, who he has been with for about 7 years. I see him every single day, there is no way I can avoid him or keep distance. What should I do? How could I suppress my feelings toward him? Help!

honestly unless you want to lose your job or get b!tch-slapped by his girlfriend...you should just completely give up the idea of being with him. if you're like in love with this dude...then hey try to go for it. but understand there are a lot of risks involved.

simple either approach him and see if he shows any signs he may like you or feel inclined if not, take it as a no and find someone else...trust me when you find a new love, the old one fades and if it does come back the timing may be better :))) cheers

Just realize that he is not interested in you, and that if you try to fool with him, you will make him uncomfortable. Because of that, he would probably find a way to have you let go, or transferred. Just forget it. it is a very bad idea. Besides, you are too young for him. He would only use you for sex anyway, if... More

Why do you even want to go after a guy whose already taken? Wouldn't it be easier for you if you find someone whose single? I just think that you're putting yourself in a complex situation. Considering they've been together for 7 years, that's gonna be hard to break that up. I mean you LIKE him but you don't LOVE him... More

LOL you don't care about him at all. You are only attracted to his so called "status" or position as being unattainable and being in a position of power over you. Stop being infatuated.
