What is going to happen to my position when hospitals change to electronic medical records by 2014?

I work as a unit secretary in a hospital and I am very worried that my position will not be there when all goes electronic. The doctors and nurses are going to be doing all their test ordering on little computer tablets, The charts are all going to be computerized, not paper, and the patient calls are all going straight to the nurses or CNA's. I am freaking out. I love my hospital and want to stay there. What should I do?

Who is going to be answering the phones? Who is going to be printing the hard copies of the charts out? (You MUST have hard copies, even if your system is computerized).
