What exactly would be cut in the 12 billion in cuts in the stop gap spending measure Republicans proposed?

today? I am out of the country, and want to gauge if they are serious or not. So the big money is in job training and college loans. Figures. They do not want the country better. They want lower wages to go with the lower taxes.

None of it is "serious" when they ( both democrats and republicans) are squabbling over $12 billion or $60 billion when the deficit is over $1.6 Trillion. It's all just political posturing.
