Should only successful CEOs be allowed to be president, and run the US like a corporation?

Like i think current and past presidents have done bad jobs. Now they are talking about a Government shutdown due to money. Yet you have CEO Steve Jobs at Apple, a billion dollar company. CEOs like him and others, run a business and if they fail, they don't get to go to work or the company is gone. If the US was ran like a major corporation, and you have to run a successful private company before being allowed to run for any type of office. Would the US be in better shape then it is now?

You mean absolute privatization of government? Absolutely not! If the government is run like a company, then who's gonna stop that company from playing dirty? If anything, it should be the other way round: more companies should become public, so as to offer services to the citizens and promote general wellbeing.
