What training is required to become a Telegraph Pole Erector?

I'm applying for a job as a telegraph pole erector, training will be given when successful at the interview. But, what type of questions might they ask at the interview? Afraid of heights? No. If any one has been in this situation I'll appreciate any advice/guidance?

If you apply for the job, you will first have to pass a physical exam. If you get the job they will train you. Fear of heights is *good* -- means that you are very, very careful. (poles are actually than ladders ... ladders can fall.)
