Problem Solving for a Sky job for Customer Service?
I have a telephone interview tomorrow for a Customer Service and 1 of the question is 'how do I go about problem solving and how I deal with it' I have come up with alot of answers but I'm needing abit more help just to see if my answers are appropriate for this question. If its customer service then I would think along the lines of the fact its a customer issue. So first of all what resolution is the customer looking for, always have that as the starting block, yes you may not be able to provide that to them but you should always be aiming for that resolution and then give the best...
