an attractive person is 2-7 times more likely to get hired than an unattractive or average person (depending on job hence the 2-7). It also helps that you are the opposite sex.

I think the advantage for an a*************l is the presentation, looks and attire and this would reflect the company in a nice light, but competence would always be looked at first before your looks gain you the job.

It is illegal for an employer to hire based on physical appearance, but attractive people are in fact more likely to get far in life. Keep in mind that just because you think you're attractive, he might not. Plus, he might be gay, lol. And wouldn't that be awkward if you tried to flirt?

Of course. As long as you dont go around thinking you are attractive. When it comes to getting a job you have to be yourself. If you over act or apply yourself too much they will pass you bye bye!
