During an interview what do I say reason for leaving last job?

I am currently employed and I've been here almost 3yrs I am ready for a change and im looking for a new job. I am a little nervous and was wondering If I was asked why I left my current employer what I would say... and advise?

Don't ever cite money as the reason, that will surely kill your chances. Tell the truth, why did you leave? You said you were ready for a change, so dig deeper - why were you ready for a change?
