What's a good state in America where there are lots of places to go and great weather, but affordable ?

Basically I want to move to the states from The UK after my degree on student visa to do post grad. However , I want to move to a nice state where there's lots to do and friendly people , as well as , great weather. But isn't as expensive as California. I want to Movie in cal. When I'm rich enough. So a good state for a 23 year old student who isn't very rich but will be willing to get a part- time job whilst studying. Thanks

I mean if you are looking to invest the time and obscene money in a post grad degree you probably want to do it in a place that has a quality program that you are interested in. That may limit your choices. I'm also fairly certain your employment... More
