Do I need to know Java or C++ to be a web developer when I grow up?

Im really only interested in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, and Python. How does Java fit in to web development? Are there web development majors in college? For example say I wanted to be a PHP developer. All of the jobs say a CS degree or similar degree is required. Are there any degrees that focus more on web stuff and less on computer science? Thanks.

C++ is for making programs but Java could be used on websites and usually used for games or chat
