Do people actually believe that every man and woman are created equal?

Cause i can assure at work i think nothing like the people i work with. They have no goals, they are fat, lazy, complain alot and have tons of relationship and job problems cause they don't realize the problem is them. I don't think im on any level they are on.

Yes, everyone is created equal, but it's up the individual what to do with themselves. We all start out as fresh slates, but person A might be a screw up their whole lives and person B might work hard to make something of themselves.

Yes I do believe we were all CREATED equally, now what a person does with their life or what they make it is all up to them. And when it comes to that no I do not believe that everyone is on equal footing.
