am granted refugee status in UK can I go work outside UK? How will my refugee status in UK be affected?

I have travel document and not a passport. I could not find a Job here in the UK related to my work experience. It looks like my chances of securing employment are higher outside UK in Developing countries in Development Jobs. I am concerned about the changes that can come in my immigration status in the UK if I go work abroad.
