What you need to be a team leader?
I am currently working at a good place doing 24 hours a week and looking to move up with my job. iv only been there 6 months and theres a team leader job at another location of the same company. Just wondering what you need as a person to take the team leader role. Im only 19, Kinda quit but up for a challenge and looking to move up in life.

Display Leadership, but don't be bossy. Show you have the ability to make your department managers job easier. Go on every course they offer you, whether you like it or not.
