Should i wear a suit for a job interview?

The job iam getting interviewed for is a van driver/wharehouse person postion do you think i should wear a suit. Or should i be try to be more casual? Any advice on the interview welcome.

A sports jacket with a shirt and tie would be fine. It will let your potential employer see that you made an effort without being overly formal. A van driver's appearance is important as in many cases they are the only people the company's customers ever see. So, their only image of the company will be you.

you're posting from the UK. I don't know ettiquette there but in the US, they would look at a person like they were not-appropriate for the job if he was applying for truck driver but wore a suit to apply. I would suggest a nice polo (tucked in), khaki pants ironed, and brown loafers and a belt.

There is no harm in wearing a suit. The main thing is to look smart, clean and tidy, as that gives the impression that you care about your appearance. If you care about your personal appearance, you are more likely to care about other things, including the new job. Good luck.
