How to find entry level concrete type work?

I have looked everywhere for concrete labor and I can't find anywhere where they are willing to hire entry level. I have never done concrete, but am hoping to see how it goes and learn the trade and maybe one day IF I like the business make my own company. Problem is that nobody wants an entry level worker in this type of work. How do I get my "feet wet" in this field???
