What do graduates of Stanford, Yale, Harvard, and Princeton do after graduation?
So I am wondering what these graduates do? I mean what does earning a prestigious undergraduate degree get you? What types of jobs are available for them? What unique windows of opportunity that graduates from these schools get? Also, why is it that most presidents in America's past graduate from one of these schools either undergraduate or graduate school? I am really curious to find out to see if doing undergraduate at these schools is really worth it.

the type of job you can get depends on what you study, but since these are some of the best places you have in the us than you can safely assume that it is more than worth it studying there. the simple fact that you studied there will probably weigh as a great recommendation in your resume.
