Are the Republicans biased in their reporting of job numbers?

last month, the unemployment rate and the number of employed rose, the Republicans complained about the unemployment rate. Now, the the unemployment falls and the number of employed does not grow as much as last month, and the Republicans say the unemployment rate is useless, the real number is the number employed. Why are they so eager to put politics before truth?
