How do I address my cover letter?
I'm applying for a job working for the county I'm in, but I'm not sure who to address the cover letter to. I know you should always address it to a specific person, but when I look into the HR department, there's 5 different people. There's the: Director; Program Director - Personnel Services; Human Resources Coordinator - Operations; HR Coordinator - Benefits; and HR Coordinator - Labor Relations. I'm confused as to who to address it to. I really don't want to put Hiring Manager or To Whom It May Concern.
