How would you answer this question for a job interview (easy 10 points)?
I have an interview for the assistant manager position at an all girls store. I'm already a sale assosciate there, and the DM already prepared me with some questions for the regional manager. One of them is: "How would you react if one of your employees weren't listening to you and not doing their job?"

I would confront the employee personally and address the problem. If the problem persisted, I would notify the store manager or another higher level manager.

If I had any problems with an employee, I would talk to them first and let them understand my feelings about how they are doing their job, etc. If the problems persisted, I would speak to the manager about it and see how he/she wants to handle the situation.
