Have I soured my relationship with this recruitment consultant?

Ok well a few days ago I had an interview for a job in a bank. Despite not feeling the best this week due to a nasty dose I prepared for the interview as best I could. I heard back from the recruitment consultant informing me that the interviewers believed I wasn't sufficiently prepared in my knowledge of the company/bank. Could this have 'repercussions' ?
