What are some features you look for in a Full Service Boarding Facility?

Just got a job as a barn manager at a full service boarding facility. They want to make changes, so I thought I would get other opinions about what you like and dont like about your facility. Thanks :) Thoughts on Farrier and Vet? Would you like to have your own and schedule your horse accordingly. or be included on a farm schedule and be billed for special needs outside of trimming, shoeing and shots.
