What can I do to promote facial hair growth?
I'm 19 years old, about 6'3" and 170 lbs. I hit puberty when I was 12, but even now, my facial hair is not really coming in. I can get vague sideburns and a very minimal moustache. I work out minimally, but my job involves walking and lifting. Overall, in a week I will walk roughly 20 miles. Are the changes I need to make in order to facilitate facial hair growth dietary or lifestyle? Please help.
