why do people say its hard to find jobs?

my sister went to pasadena community college and then california state university: Northridge. she studied to become an HR Manager. All she did to find a job was look on craigslist for jobs around LA and now makes $43 dollars /hr just 1 year later. why do people say its "SO HARD" to find a job when really it CAN be done...?

Because Douchebag. In some places its harder than in others. I got my degree in Mass Communication and came home and now every job I have applied to has rejected me. some people are educated some not those who are not tend to struggle ......there only job skills are what they have done in the past. and do not want to further there skills.............the game in the street in the world is knowledge

That's great for your sister. But you're just using one example. I know lots of people who haven't had problems finding jobs either, jobs with high pay where you can actually buy an ok house in LA, which is double+ what your sister makes.
