	Where can i crop my doberman puppies ears? Please if you are against ear croppind dont answer this question. I wouldnt shop for the cheapest vet.. if you cant afford an experienced vet, then dont have it done at all. Natural ears look much better than a crappy hack job. A reputable breeder can refer you to an experienced vet. Answered By: Nekkid Truth! - 6/29/2011

$400 in the LA area is awfully cheap. We charge $600 in this rural area. Contact your breeder for a reference. Another option is to ask a conformation person or a handler. They also have good resources. If you are going to have this done you need to make sure that it is done correctly and with care. You cannot fix a bad ear crop. a bad ear crop makes a dog look worse then long floppy ears. Most ears are cropped when the puppy is quite young. Answered By: Lacey UD, RE - 6/29/2011

The majority of good Dobe breeders have ears cropped before the pups go to their new homes or at least have a recommendation for you. In addition, $400 is on the cheap side. How old is your pup? Not all vets can do a good job. Contact a breeder in your area that has cropped dogs and ask where they got theirs done. If you breeder is in the area ask them too if they crop. As one poster said, Natural ears are better than a hack job done by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. and that includes some vets unfortunately,. Answered By: mauveme49 - 6/29/2011

If the breeder did not crop the ears or recommend someone for the cropping then call your vet. But keep in mind the cheaper, the less experienced, the more it will cost you in the long run when the ears look like crap for the life of the dog. Possible infections and all the other good stuff that goes along with it. I realize you want the "doberman" Look but at what cost? I am assuming you did not acquire this pup from a reputable breeder or they would be cropped already. So rethink what you want to do and pony up the doe for a Professional to do the job right! 	Hello: Someone please help me. I have two female Choc. Labs and I would like to donate them to a dog job place I need to find a home for these girls. They'll be 1 yr old in July. I have checked alot of webb sites and all they want are AKA dogs and offer them for sell in Germany, California, Canada, Virginia etc: All dog mills. They are pure bred. I would like to sell them for $200.00 which covers there shots. They're not AKA but still beautiful dogs and very smart. I don't understand why they're aren't any sites for dog donations. 	How do I get a job with Dodgy work history and no experience? Basically- no degree, although I have tried completing one in the past and stopped because of physical and mental health issues which were overwhelming to deal with along with going to classes full time. I'm not stupid and I am quite articulate. I am 23 and have only worked for about two years retail in high school and stopped working to go to university. I worked a few months in 2010 retail after I dropped out but it was only a seasonal position, and the only reason why I have not been able to constantly work is because of mental health issues. I had also tried going back to community college during my free time since i left university in 2008/9 and I had panic attacks while in community college, which made my anxiety worse from then on. Well recently I met a good doctor and he prescribed me some meds that are stabilizing my moods and I feel the best I've felt in years, and I'm ready to work. Thing is, I don't know how to get a job now since I've spent literally years being depressed and anxious doing nothing. I don't really have anything to put on my resume, and I never finished my AA degree either. All I've done is cashiering and although I do the job well and I get promoted easily when I do these jobs because I'm a hard worker and I try to go above and beyond what they ask of me,which is the attitude I have no matter what kind of work I'm doing as long as I'm getting paid. But I hate cashiering because it's too easy and I want a job that is more interesting. Any suggestions for me on how to get a job that is NOT Retail with the type of background I have right now? 	Why honesty, hard work and dedication have no place at work? Recently I have overlooked for a project at work and I am unable to accept it why?
