University of Phoenix and Kaplan University for Masters degree online?

I am looking into going back to school for an MBA and don't really have the time to go back to a traditional school. Kaplan University and the University of Phoenix are both solely online and accredited which I like. However, I'm worried about how graduating from an online school might look to potential employers in the future. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice about this? Does it look the same as say an MBA from UNCC or any other state school to a potential employer or does it look bad? Thanks!

Employers have been known to toss all job applications listing a UoPhoenix or Kaplan degree directly into the trash.

Those online schools are the worst of the worst. The "degrees" aren't worth toilet paper, go to a real school.
