where are wind turbine technician and other jobs like this located in the US?

i.e.: Wind Technician II Traveling Wind Technician Commissioning Tech Retro Fit Quality Assurance Quality Control Blade Repair Blade Inspectors Generator Technician Gearbox Technician MET Tower Installation Technician Tower Wiring Technician Project Supervisor Project Manager Inventory Control Warehouse Technician Assembly Technician Solar Conductor Technician Installer Receiver Field Service Engineer Solar Maintenance Technician Technical Assistant Construction Technician I went on a field trip today (in washington) and they said alot of these jobs arent located here, but other states. anyone know where?

Most of these jobs will lie along the Montana border with North Dakota, and then southward. The most consistent winds are along this line. There are tons of turbines in Montana, the Dakotas, Wyoming, Colorado, and further south... More
