What schools can i get into?

I'm about to go into my Junior year of high school in Connecticut... I'm looking at some schools such as: UConn, Quinnipiac, Boston University, University of Maryland, Northeastern (reach school), and am continually thinking of others I would be interested in. I want to stay on the east coast, and would go as far as North Carolina, unless a spectacular school that fit me well popped up. Any suggestions? Here are my credentials to date: GPA of 3.3 out of 4, Ranked 71st in the class out of 231 (top 31%), varsity football player (maybe captain next year), track and field, basketball if I make the team this year (otherwise I will do winter track), Navy Junior ROTC cadet, active member of "Renaissance Club" which works to improve the work and enthusiasm of high school students, class officer, a member of an advisory group for the town's teen center (plans activities and fundraisers for the teens in our community), I have over 250 hours of community service completed (will receive "President's Gold Award for Community Service" this year), I have a job at a pizza place in town, which I started the summer after my Sophomore year..... Lastly, my junior year I am applying to be in the National Honor Society, and am going to try and improve my class officer rank and be class President for my Senior year.. I know many of you may not care about my future, as I am just a name on the computer and you will never meet me.. but if you have any advice or have experienced anything similiar to what I have experienced, PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!!

Suggestions? Boost your credentials by enrolling in IB (International Baccalaureate). Otherwise, you're looking at state schools or mildly selective private schools, such as: Rochester Institute of Technology Towson U Virginia Commonwealth
