Did the Republicans win just by picking the Debt Ceiling fight?

For 3 months they have kept Job Creation at a minimum, and the economy cold. To me that is a win for them. But I want to know what you think.

It could be - by screwing America really good, the republicans do hope they can slip another lying, worthless republican in the White House - and then the give-away to Billionaires can continue as it did under Baby Bush. America is saved again! Pretty soon we'll have the truly crooked back in charge!! Can't wait!

Democrats control 2/3's of the Federal government. Their policies have been what has brought the economy to its knees. When we have Republicans controlling all three again, the economy will rock, like it did from 2002-2007.

Jobs haven't been created because businesses are still taxed through the roof and during a recession you HAVE to lower taxes to spur the economy back into drive.
