Why do companies want those with experience?
Why is it that a lot of companies want those with experience when a 14 year old could probably do the job as long as the directions are clear. I'm in college, yet i can't find a job its kind of pointless to ask for exp when all companies have to do is train the individual which, in my case will probably take an hour or two. A relative of mine is a Payroll Manager and he said his job is very easy, even i could do it. How can anyone (someone who never had a job) get a job if all jobs ask for experience???

Why not consider picking up dog droppings as a part of your own business? You can earn upwards of $20 an hour, and all you need are a few tools a bicycle, and perhaps a bicycle trailer. http://squidoo.com/TeenJobsInABadEconomy ♂♀
