Patient Care Technician..?
I would like to undergo training to be one. A. Anyone know anyone who is one? How do they like it? B. I can't find any training programs for it in my area.... anyone know any websites where I can look? My zipcode is 12508 if you think you can find any info yourself. C. How is the pay?

Not sure of the requirements in New York, but in Ohio you can take the STNA (State Tested Nurse's Assistant) course (about 5 weeks, but officially it's 72 hrs of clinical time). A. A PCT is a nurse aide, or NA. If this person takes a national certification exam, they're a certified nurse aide or CNA. I know plenty. They work under my direction and supervision.
