You should expect the owner to take her dog to the vet ASAP for an emergency spay. That's what a caring dog owner would do. A responsible dog owner would have had the bit*ch spayed before she became pregnant the first time and certainly after she had difficulty whelping... More

It's okay if it's mother/son or father/daughter. There is only risk of complications if the two dogs are siblings so they should be fine :)

Inbreeding can have some side affects but its different from animals and us. The puppies (if she's pregnant) shouldn't come out deformed but I'd get them checked out once she's had them. Also, keep all males away from her just incase she isn't pregnant. I would also get her checked out and watch her if she starts to... More

You should be very worried. They might be deformed. No one would wish this on any puppies so before time runs out quickly get your dog down to the vets and give her an emergency spay, this will stop her from falling pregnant. If you leave her and let her go through the 63 days of carrying the babies then expect some... More

No it is not ok, and they can pass on genetic problems, and the safest outcome would be to have her spayed now. Any problems with the pups are not likely to show at birth but you could be passing on problems to unsuspecting new owners which isn't fair... More

Call your vet first thing Monday morning to make an appointment to have her spayed. A dog that had a difficult pregnancy/labor/delivery may require a c-section this time which can cost $2000. if there are no complications.

Get an emergency spay. Call your local shelter or your vet and explain what happened. Most places have low cost or free spay surgeries for people who can't afford it. If you think a spay surgery is expensive, a c-section will set you back $2500. And to risk that for a litter of puppies that will likely have all... More
