Which of these Auckland (NZ) suburbs would you live in and rate ?

I'm soon qualifying as an mental health nurse & am considering moving to Auckland NZ fr UK with my daughter in time for her to start high school. So far after research these suburbs I'm interested in but require info from those who live or have lived or know these areas well. Such as raising family ideal, educational system, crime rate, healthcare system/finding a job, quality of living there etc oh & maybe out of 10 (1 being the lowest & 10 the highest) (1) North Shore Auckland *Brown Bay *Torbay *Belmont *Forrest Hill *Epsom (2) Central Auckland *Herne Bay *One Tree Hill (3) East Auckland *Howick

Epsom is in central Auckland. I went to school there. It is a good area, a reasonably wealthy area and is in-zone for most of the top high schools (Such as Epsom Girls Grammar, Saint Cuthberts, Auckland Boys Grammar) and good primary school (Epsom Normal Primary School) If I could afford to buy into that area - I...
