Why doesn't more money from the welfare budget go to promote jobs?
If more job opportunities can be created then the individuals who would have been on welfare would benefit from having a job and in the long term the costs of providing the stimulus to create work would surely be outweighed by the gains made from income tax. What are your thoughts?

If we had jobs to go around like that welfare would be irrelevant. The so called welfare budget is a joke and would not pay for 1 hour of corporate welfare to the rich.
