aspiring apprentice chef! advice?

I am 15 nearly 16 year old girl, and desire to be a chef! A couple of months ago I applied for a 1st year apprenticship at a fine dining restaurant in my home town (btw i come from Australia) and sadly i didn't get the Apprenticeship but the owner was very genuine and rang me and told me that I was too young and also he was impressed with my resume, but he was a very nice man :) So to get on with the story, A couple months passed and last night I recieved a phone call last night from a man from another fine dining restaurant very similar to the previous one i applied for. He said the owner of ....... reccomended me to him to consider for a Apprenticeship at his restaurant (im guessing their friends :) So im so excited and i'm very grateful for this oppurtunity i am planning to thank the other man later :) but the owner of the restaurant i am applying for the apprenticeship wants me to come in this coming week on Monday 3.30pm to 11,00pm!!!!! and secretly i am FREAKING out like if they will want me to cook, if he'll want me to just wash dishes, or just to look on to what him and the other chefs are doing!!! if any one has been in this situation where they have been called in for an "interveiw like" meeting, what did the owner/chef make you do? Did they ask you certain types of questions? Did they make you prepare/cook meals? any advice would be lovely, thankyou for reading and looking forward to some replies:)
