What jobs require the smartest people?

I've always wondered, because after a certain point, the highest jobs must be too slow for the smartest people. So, what do the smartest of the geniuses do for a living? I don't really care much for money (I grew/am growing up homeless), I just want to use my potential.

Depends. Jobs require different skills. Lawyers are certainly differently from the scientists working in NASA.

Smart is a pretty subjective term. There are book smarts and then there's the smarts that come from being handy. A mechanic may be smart if he can fix a porsche with a paperclip and chewing gum. It varies. I consider a really good investor smart. I consider a really good programmer smart. I consider a really good realtor smart. They are either smart or they work at it harder then anyone else because they are successfull.
