What are my options for becoming an Aupair or Caregiver in France?

I plan to move to France and work as an Aupair and Caregiver. Do I need to go through an Agency? If yes, then who is the best for the cheapest? If no, what are my options? How do I set things up and make sure I'm still making safe decisions? Please help me with any information that is relevant and reliable. Thank you.
