Who earns more, physical therapy aide or dental assistant?

I am in California. I am thinking to become either dental assistant or physical therapy aide. I am not asking about Registered dental assistants (I know that I will need to take additional classes and take board exam, and they earn better money). If I will not become Registered D A, how much can I earn? Is it better to be a physical therapy aide, do they make same earnings? Thank you.

I dunno who earns more, physical therapy aide or dental assistant in California but Physical therapy is "cleaner" than dental assistant. u don t have to deal with blood or bad breath....

PT aides make about minimum wage. Not a career.

physical therapy aides are not paid that well. The better choice if you are looking at wages would be dental Assistant. With regards to Physical therapy aides, they are lower level employees. Physical Therapy Assistants actually make almost double, although this requires a 2 years associate degree. I suppose one could... More
