How the Manager of a restaurant gives points to servers or back server?
Ex...server has an 18% gratuity included in the service, but the busboy or back server does not. So let's say there are three bus boy. Each bus boy is entitled to have 10% from the server 18%. Now, what if one of the back server or busboy leaves the job before the end of his regular schedule. How the Mgr decide how much money he gets from the server 18% gratuity?

There are no standard rules that apply to every restaurant; each place makes their own. Perhaps they count tips when someone leaves he receives his percentage until that point. Nobody can answer you directly except a manager or other server. ⫸
