Should I take a job that is guaranteed 40 hrs. vs my construction job that is less stable?
The job I was just offered is a purchasing position for a hospital. It aligns with my major in school which is business administration and it would be very similar pay to my current job. My current job is an apprentice tile setter. My company is very busy right now, but it can be very sporadic. The hospital job has benefits and retirement as well, and my current job has no benefits.

yep. its money in the bank and at weekends you can do cash jobs tiling if you like it a lot

I would take or hang in there with the work I enjoyed best, whatever that may be, but you sound like you sort of like both, but one is more stable.
